A set of six playing cards for the card game UNO which are split into two rows. The top row has two cards which are both split in half, the first red and yellow, and the second green and blue. These cards also have the symbols for color blindness printed on them and the word corresponding to the color. The red half has a right-facing, right-angled, white triangle, and the word [RED] in white capitals; the yellow half has a white, diagonal line, and the word [YELLOW] in white capitals; the green half has a white, diagonal line with a small, left-facing, right-angled white triangle below, and the word [GREEN] in white capitals; and the blue has a left-facing, white, right-angled triangle, and the word [BLUE]. The bottom row has four cards which are blue, with a number 0 on it; green with a number 2 on it; yellow with a number 4 on it; and red with the number 5 on it. Each number is encased in a eliptical shape with a white border and has a smaller version of the number in the top left corner; the red card also has a number 5 in the bottom right corner.

Four of Diamonds playing card from a pack of transformation playing cards in which the various suit symbols e.g. hearts, spades, clubs, diamonds (”pips”) are overlaid on the image on the face of the card in such a way as to “transform” or merge the pips into elements of the image This lithograph printed card has a line drawing of two mustachioed male figures in military garb facing each other in what seems to be a collegial pose. The figure on the right has his hands on the shoulders of the figure on the left who carries a bottle. They seem to be engaged in conversation, the left one talking, the right one smiling. (He’s holding the bottle after all!) The men wear long coats (to their ankles) cinched in the back with a small “half belt.” The man with the bottle has chevrons and an epaulet on the visible sleeve. His companion has some form of diagonal stripe on the wrist and a fancy epaulet (with hanging trim) on his visible sleeve. The figures wear tall, cylindrical soldier’s hats: the one on the left has a visor brim and an upright, badge/medal/plume rising from the center edge; the hat on the right figure has a square envelope shape with a tassel dangling on the side. The men wear buttoned spats (spatter guards) over their shoes (from instep to ankles.) The humorous line drawing is printed in brown ink on cream colored background. In contrast, the diamonds are striking bright red and appear stamped over the drawing - positioned at the four corners: one diamond on each tall hat, and one diamond each over the men’s ankle/spats. The red is not opaque and the lines defining the hats and spats are visible through the diamond shape. However, because the vibrancy of the red contrasts so markedly with the monochromatic drawing, the four diamonds dominate the image (desireable if you using this as a playing card!) The card has rounded corners and shows some discoloration.
