Pleated Fan (possibly Cuba)

This is a Pleated fan. It is dated mid- 19th century and we acquired it in 1916. Its medium is paper leaf with gilded and hand-colored lithograph; pierced, gilded and painted horn sticks. It is a part of the Textiles department.

This object was donated by Clementina Furniss.
