Letter Case (Spain)

This is a Letter case. It is dated late 18th century and we acquired it in 1923. Its medium is silk, mica, bast fiber and its technique is fragments of woven silks, mica and needle lace on a wire armature wound with bast fiber. It is a part of the Textiles department.
