Chair (USA)

This is a chair. It was collected by Mrs. Abram S. Hewitt. It is dated 1820–25 and we acquired it in 1931. Its medium is carved mahogany. It is a part of the Product Design and Decorative Arts department.

This object was donated by Eleanor Garnier Hewitt and Sarah Cooper Hewitt. It is credited Gift of Eleanor and Sarah Hewitt from the collection of Mrs. Abram S. Hewitt.
