Sidewall (USA)

This is a sidewall. It was manufactured by Stamford Wallpaper Co.. It is dated 1940–50 and we acquired it in 1973. Its medium is lithograph printed on paper. It is a part of the Wallcoverings department.

A very subtle color palette allows two different landscape views to merge seamlessly into one another. Being lithograph printed in oil colors creates a blended watercolor effect as well as creating a washable surface, making this paper ideal for the kitchen or other high traffic area.

It is credited Gift of D.M.C. Hopping.

Its dimensions are

176 x 61.5 cm (69 5/16 x 24 3/16 in.)
