What is this?

An alphabet (missing the letter "J") and a set of numbers at the top and scattered floral and animal motifs at the bottom with initials.

This is a sampler from Netherlands. It is dated 1842 and we acquired it in 1976. Gift of Anonymous Donor from the Fraser/Martin Collection. This object is currently resting in our storage facility ZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZ
