This is a Bedcover. It is dated 16th century and we acquired it in 1998. Its medium is linen foundation, flax embroidery thread and its technique is embroidered on plain weave. It is a part of the Textiles department.

This object was donated by Phyllis Henriquez - Hecht Gammon and Edward Henriquez Hecht. It is credited Gift of Phyllis Henriquez Hecht Gammon and Edward Henriquez Hecht in memory of Mrs. Anita Henriquez Hecht and museum purchase through bequest of Mrs. John Innes Kane.
