What is this?

Circular, with two flat projecting handles. Concentric rings of underglaze in blues, green, yellow. Sides ringed in yellow, blue.

This is a cake plate from Germany. It is dated ca. 1930 and we acquired it in 2001. Gift of Victor Wiener. This object is currently resting in our storage facility ZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZ
