Knife (a,b): tapering, stained green ivory handle with beaded silver cap terminal and ferrule and silver blade

This is a knife (e,f) fork from United Kingdom. It is dated late 18th century and we acquired it in 1959. Gift of Francis B. Lothrop. This object is currently resting in our storage facility ZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZ

We're not sure who made this. Or if we do it's not for us to tell (perhaps because they're feeling shy?)
