Square format poster with black print on white ground designed for the 1968 Olympics in Mexico City, Mexico. At center, stylized black typography spells: MEXICO68. From this central text, radiating black lines follow the curves and lines of the central letters, forming an op-art style bold graphic pattern that completely fills the composition. The lower circles of the numbers 6 and 8 form the two lower circles of the interlocking Olympic rings, shown in blue, black, red, yellow, and green.

Poster employing 169 "symbol signs" or pictographs in black, and sometimes gray, in white squares from top to bottom of sheet.  Symbols represent an international visual "language" that instructs the viewer to the many activities and regulations of the Olympic Village in Münich durning the 1972 Games. These are presented on a uniform silver-gray background with instructive text in black on the left side of the sheet [in German].  To the right of each of the 24 rows of signs, there is printed text [in German] detailing the image.
