The watermark consists of a double-headed eagle, unrecorded. Verso: Inscribed in pen and brown ink "J&G Bouchier 1780 [Lugt 284]

Inscribed, lower right: "H.G. excud." Inscribed in the margin below the image: "Aspice, quid potuit Judith preclara virago?/ Quae capnt in palmis en Holofernis habet." followed by an engraved flourish. Verso: Inscribed in pen and brown ink "J&G Bouchier 1780 [Lugt 284].
