What is this?

Poster depicts two young figures, male and female, in blue and white uniform; they boy is playing a trumpet while the girl salutes. Behind them are floating ideas in yellow Russian text on orange ground, groups of students in different environments: classroom, at a campfire, etc. At the top is a profile portrait of Lenin in a star with a flame.

This is a poster. It is dated 1976 and we acquired it in 1980. Gift of Unknown Donor.
