Recto, in graphite, upper right: 102; lower right: 91; upper left; over ... metres high / the pedestal is 7.10 square / " 's height from ground to bottom of moulding is 11.60 / the moulding on top of pedestal is like this; at right: the height of the long column is 27.50 including cap / and base, or perhaps 22. more likely 21.75 - the / circumference is 0.52 D - about 0.165 / cap = 0.25 x 0.25 so does stone at base which / looks this way; below: the column is separated / from the tower by M 0.06; lower center: Tower at Milan.
