Card, Curtis Moffat Ltd.
In 1929, Curtis Moffat opened a decorating studio in London and Kauffer designed the invitation. Best known as a photographer, Moffat became one of the most influential interior decorators in London. He sold both Kauffer’s and Dorn’s rugs alongside African art and sculpture, Georgian dollhouses, Ming stone carvings, and more. Moffat promoted a style of modern interior decoration that mixed complementary objects of different eras and geographies.
