Oblong, curved lid and sides, raised c-scroll motifs at slightly protruding and rounded corners, featuring raised decoration of bowler in mid stride, 2 players behind him, swags and flowers above, background of swirl motifs, lid features smaller reserve of 5 bowling pins in a row. Reverse features empty reserve, c-scrolls, swags, flowers and beading on lid. Lid hinged on side. Striker incorporated into decorative c-scroll on bottom.

A vase filled with fruit at center towards which two kneeling, confronted maidens reach. They are dressed in flowing classical robes. A stylized Ionic column marks the horizontal repeat. A fabric is draped from the volutes between the two columns. The fabric, trimmed with a Greek key motif with anthemia in the corner, is printed in grisaille with light olive green highlights. A floral garland runs along the top edge while a cable twist runs along the bottom. Printed in grisaille with yellow and ocher.

This upholstered armchair has closed arms and a separate seat cushion. The armchair's contour-edged and gilded frame is arched and has a curved back rail with down-turned "ears." The chair's outcurving arms flow into its front legs, terminating in pointed feet on supports. The chair's rear legs are square, slightly outcurved, and moulded on their outer surface. Upholstery is a multicolor pastel silk needlepoint on ivory ground, depicting a vase, round flowers, vines and leaves.

Tall back with straight molded enframement sides and bottom, shaped at top. Crest of pierced volutes and scrolls. Slender arms, scrolled and raked at the knuckles, on turned supports. Flat scrolled and molded front legs terminate in bun feet. Flat front stretcher of pierced volutes and scrolls below straight molded seat rails. Turned side, center, and rear stretchers. Turned rear legs sharply raked. Remains of black varnish. Upholstered in colored wool needlepoint of large floral and animal designs.
