White souvenir bookmark with the inscription "Home Sweet Home" across the top. Just below is a rural scene with a large home and a woman standing in the doorway. Other details include a fence with a circular path, trees and two beehives. Space below is inscribed with the first and second verse of Home Sweet Home by John Howard Payne (1791–1852), an American author and dramatist. V-shaped at the bottom with a floral medallion. Colors are white, black, red, yellow-orange, and green.

White ribbon with a bouquet of pansies at top and a cluster of roses at the bottom. Filling the space between is a passage in purple and brown text: "Emblem fair to you I send. Token of affection true, showing where my feeling tend like the magnet unto you. Worlds may pass away and perish, every feeling die away; but the constant love I cherish never, never shall decay." Finished at the bottom with a brown tassel.

The width is composed of three ribbons sewn together. The broader central ribbon is dull red and has vertical stripes in blue, white, and yellow and green foliage repeated vertically. The narrow ribbons on either side are a brighter red and have flowers and foliage in purple, green, and white.
