Bottle form with square base, each of 4 sides slightly concave with two sides rising to curved, strap-like handles that branch out from shoulders and join bottle just beneath small curved lip at top of long narrow neck; surface features painted decoration of delicate, stylized carnations with attenuated stems in yellow, green, and rust tones; a pale blue speckle-like pattern is painted in areas near lower half, all painted on off-white ground.
