Elevation of a fountain. In the middle of the basin, is a figure of a reclining water god. Along the central axis, to either side of the figure, are two Doric columns. The left one has an angular pedestal with dolphins at the corners, water pouring from their mouths. The two columns are fluted and covered in two rows of friezes: the lower row is broad, with a carved figural narrative, while the upper row is smaller, and with an inscription "NON PLVS". The right column stands with two pedestals, the lower of which is round, the upper square with eagles, supporting festoons at the corners. The fluted column in its lower part surrounded by an angularly broken frieze with figures. The columns are topped by point finials and surrounded by one more band corresponding to the lower ones.

Below is a dado, with an oblong panel between volutes. An escutcheon with three lilies is on top of the molded frame of the opening. Pilasters and pilaster strips support the entablature and the triangular pediment. A flying dove is shown in the field.

A two-winged staircase, with a stone-covered court with a fountain in the center is leading to an upper terrace, where two colonnades are the conjunction to the main building. At their ends next to the staircase, small circular buildings are upon their roofs, indicating a third level where cypresses stand. Clouds indicated.

Villa carefully rendered in appearance has three sections; a central convex section with three storeys, and two planar side wings with two storeys. Decorative elements include pilasters, arches, and triangular window pediments. Statues stand on pedestals alternating with grilles on
the roof line.

Design for a garden wall and terrace. A parallel colonnades supporting an open roof of cross rafters. The terrace is decorated with four statues and plants growing on the rafters. On the colonnade level, a statue is placed in the wall niche.

Elevation of a gate inserted into a wall. The gate's walls are rusticated. It includes two massive rounded Ghibelline battlements. The doorway has a classical frame. Above, the arcaded dome rises behind the wall with openings of defensive purposes. The papal arms are shown over a blank escutcheon, with cornucopias on either side.

Three on each side in three rows: 1) in the center of the abacus the head of a wolf with wings of a bat. 2) At left, a volute, with a leaf mask; at right, half figure of a bird. In the center of the cornice a frog between leaves. At left a volute with a fantastic snake attacking the frog. At right, the half figure of a bird with a girl’s head. Row of upright leaves. 3) the pillar capital; in the center of the abacus is a bird’s head with wings supporting drapery festoons the opposite ends of which are supported at left by a winged dragon with a goat’s head and at right by an owl. The pillar is broken. 4) instead of the volutes at left, a rinceau with a lion’s head, and at right with a fish with a dog’s head. Both support a festoon hanging in front of flutes. 1-4: dark olive. 4) with half figures of owls at the corners and a woman’s mask in the center. 6) with a lion’s mask in the center of the abacus, a ram’s head at left, a girl’s head at right. In the center a dog’s head between crossed palm branches. 5 and 6 are brown, last two are in brown wash.

Elevation of a horizontal, one-story structure with six Ionic columns in the center. On either end of the building sculptured figures are positioned against solid walls and below wall inscriptions; another group of figures in positioned on the roof of the monument and at the center, above the colonnade. The group is contained within a large semicircular arch decorated with a floral pattern. There is an inscription on the wall below the central sculptural grouping. There are trees located next to and behind the monument.

At top half of sheet, elevation of sculptural tomb: flights of steps lead to a platform with candelabra faintly indicated at the corners. On this level is a pedestal base showing a relief, representing the death of a classical painter (?); the relief is flanked by the personifications of Architecture at left, and a woman holding a wreath at the right. Above, a winged classical male nude (a genius figure), holding a wreath in his outstretched right hand, stands in front of the sarcophagus, which is supported by crouching lions. The side of the sarcophagus is decorated with a relief showing a medallion portrait of a man, wearing a wig, above a festoon. At the bottom of the sheet, at the lower left, is a rough sketch of a draped woman; to the right of lower center is a mourning woman leaning against the corner of a pedestal or sarcophagus. On the verso is a fragment of a caption.
