Short decorative singular pillar made out of maple wood. The top portion has a small metal loop attached to a solid rectangular band. Following the band, the pillar spirals vertically. It is followed by a series of vertically oriented circular rings spaced out with solid wood in slightly varying shapes. This is followed by a recatangular solid wood with a metal loop at the end.

Here we have a slim maple wooden baluster or small railing chair pillar. Moving downward along the baluster's picture, it has a long rectangle base, cylindrically concave and convex spool-like separations and rounded, tapering divisions, all the size of the rectangular base. The first spool-like separation is convex and attached to an outwardly tapering cylinder, sandwiched by another convex spool with another tapering, concave cylinder. Following that, a symmetrical cylinder is sandwiched by two spools, and then a square, sandwiched by the previous spool and the last. Immediately following is the baluster's unique twisted shaft which takes up most of the length of the overall piece. In a rounded, elongated curl, it spirals to the end with a curve ornamentation where it is cut off and has an attached metal hook.
