Sidewall, A Leopard of My Very Own
This is a sidewall. It was manufactured by Philip Graf Wallpapers, Inc.. It is dated 1967–68 and we acquired it in 1969. Its medium is screen printed on paper. It is a part of the Wallcoverings department.
A charming children’s wallpaper printed in complementary colors which gives the design its energy and makes the leopards come alive. Most post-war wallpapers for children contained designs of specific interest to boys. This may be an early gender neutral design that was colored to appeal more to a girl and her parents.
