Inverted triangle-shaped painted wastebasket, black exterior, red interior. One side of the wastebasket has angled silverleaf sunrays and a cluster of multi-colored rectangles near the bottom. The reverse side has a silver beam that curves and narrows as it movesdown the wastebasket. It stops at a group of multi-colored overlapping balls. Triangle-shaped wedges attached to the bottom on either side allow the basket to stand upright. There is evidence of wear on both sides of the basket.

A print of a pochoir on paper, a stencil process for making colored prints or adding color to a printed key illustration, painted using mostly earth tones against an offwhite ground on a horizontal axis. Three female figures wearing originally designed clothing with quintessential textile designs of the artist, Sonja Delaunay. The design on the far left, starting at the top, displays a person with black short hair wearing a beanie style hat with a rust colored multi-spoke star emanating from the top of the skull against an offwhite ground with horizontal stripes at the rim. The person is wearing red lipstick and possesses no other facial features. A collarless coat with a geometrically designed pattern of lozenge shapes fitting within each other, dresses the person in black, rust, light rust, yellow, peach and taupe from the top to the hips including the arms, where there are no hands. There is mostly solid taupe from the hips until the hem that extends to the person’s ankles, where there are simpler geometric designs. A peach colored v-neck shirt is under the coat that reaches to the woman’s hips and a light rust colored skirt reaches to her ankles. The general design is loose and comfortable looking. The person’s ankles are colored in yellow and her pumps are colored in light rust. A second form viewed from the back starting from the top with a medium gray circle representing a head. A thick black double layered scarf rests around the neck. A coat with a vertical geometric design dresses the form in colors of gray, black, white and orange with thick sleeves shown to the elbow and the hem ends at the ankles. Perhaps the form is placing its hands in the pockets in front. The backs of gray shoes are evident. A wash of off-white is partially painted around the form creating a contrast. A third form on the far right, beginning with the top, displays a person with eyebrows, a line representing the bottom of the nose and red lips with a white face wearing either a tight hat worn close to the head or a headband. A jacket featuring a geometric design in colors of gray, black, white and medium brown extends to the hips. The pattern consists of color blocks of black in between triangular and spoked designs on the body and sleeves where there are no hands. Underneath is a long dress with several large uneven gray blue circular shapes surrounded by solid gray reaching to the ankles where there are black pointed shoes. A wash of light yellow is partially painted around the form on the right creating a contrast.

A catalogue cover featured in black and white with signs of wear along its black spine. The title of the catalogue is printed in stylized typography in black and gray on the upper half of the cover with a graphic image in black, gray, and orange just below. The graphic appears to be a table and includes a small black triangular-shaped object as well as a bright orange opaque circle with a black bar drawn through it. Black speckled sections make up the upper and lower portions of the cover.
