Birgit Laken

Jewelry designer. Birgit Laken attended Koninklijke Academie voor Beeldende Kunsten, The Hague (1967-72) and Gerrit Rietveld Academie, Amsterdam (1972-76). She opened her own studio in Haarlem in 1976. She has exhibited widely and has been a lecturer throughout the Netherlands. Her works are collected in museums around the world.
