Jennifer Robertson

Jennifer Robertson (b. 1962) was born in England and studied at the Royal College of Art before she migrated to Australia in 1986 where she established a studio practice with her husband and has since been producing both wearable and furnishing textiles. She also studied jacquard design and weaving at the renowned Fondazione Arte della Sota Lisio in Florence, Italy. Through her textiles, she has developed a vernacular cultural thematic language between landscape, wool, human form, and interior space.
