Engraver, printer and seller of prints and geographical maps. Born in Bougy (Calvados), Mondhare was active in Paris from 1759. Beginning in June 1784, he worked in partnership with his son-in-law, Pierre Jean (1754-1829), on the rue St. Jean de Beauvais, près celle de Noyers.
