What is this?

Six samples of georgette crepe, in solid colors with brocaded design. Angular stems with ornamental leaves in gold. Separate sprays of fruit and blossoms in silver. Both selvedges present on all samples.

This is a sample from France. It is dated ca. 1919 and we acquired it in 1938. Anonymous bequest in memory of Albert and Rebecca Elsberg.
