What is this?

Children's wallpaper depicting events from the story of Robinson Crusoe. A pattern of entwined branches forms a rustic framework around each of six different scenes, placed in an alternating position in horizontal rows. There is a caption below each scene. Margins at both sides. Intaglio printed in a monochromatic brown design on a light brown ground.

This is a sidewall from United Kingdom. It is dated ca. 1875 and we acquired it in 1959. Gift of Frances Irene Clark. This object is currently resting in our storage facility ZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZ
