We acquired this object in 1962
Design consists of a floral spray edged by repeated blossoms. Fond: réseau dotted with semé de larmes.
This border is medium: linen technique: bobbin net with appliqué. Its dimensions are: H x W: 10.5 x 262 cm (4 1/8 in. x 8 ft. 7 1/8 in.) Repeat H: 3.2 cm (1 1/4 in.).
Bequest of Richard Cranch Greenleaf in memory of his mother, Adeline Emma Greenleaf. This object came to our collection as a Unknown, in 1962.
