What is this?

On pink or mauve ground, flat pattern in pastel green and white. Curving vine with stylized passion flowers, simplified flattened floral medallions, and Japanese decorative motifs - interlaced knot-like medallions.

This is a sidewall from United States. It is dated 1879–87 and we acquired it in 1972. Gift of Deerfield Academy.
