Lamp, ca. 1950

This is a lamp. It was after Arteluce.

This object is not part of the Cooper Hewitt's permanent collection. It was able to spend time at the museum on loan from ED by Ellen DeGeneres as part of Ellen DeGeneres Selects.

It is dated ca. 1950. Its medium is enamelled brass.

These are my personal lamps that I found in a Paris flea market. They have great character and their silhouettes remind me of animals.
