Pounce Pot with Vine-Shaped Handle ("Sandstreuer") Pounce Pot, ca. 1770

This is a pounce pot. It was manufactured by Nymphenburg Porzellan and Berlin Porcelain Factory. It is dated ca. 1770 and we acquired it in 1953. Its medium is porcelain, vitreous enamel. It is a part of the Product Design and Decorative Arts department.

This object was bequest of Georgiana L. McClellan. It is credited Bequest of Georgiana L. McClellan.
