Chef De Piece, "L'Abreuvoir" (The Well)

It has the following markings
Stamp at one end bearing the mark of Oberkampf factory in use from 1792 to 1815.(in black) Also in black: 51945, 14, RD 248 and 25. In red: M.M enclosed in a box. Handwritten in black ink: 248A. Also there are some faint impressions of other numbers which cannot be read. Note: the 5 in front on the 1945 is in a different font and a different type of ink.
