It has the following markings

On bottom in green, emblem with wing-helmeted figure stating "VILLEROY & BOCH", "METTLACH", and "Made in Saar-Basin". Above on left sits green rectangle containing "6808(?)". Also, impressed "3747", "36", and "BW".
