This object was purchased from Giles Kotcher. It is credited Museum purchase from Smithsonian Institution Collections Acquisition Program Fund.

It has the following markings

Paper label stapled to edge, "Maria Kipp, Los Angeles, Calif." Reverse side of label, "DESIGN 9358-13766, MINIMUM ORDER 15, FIBER CONTENT Cotton, Rayon, Linen & Metallic" (label was removed to research file, slides taken before it was removed)
